Benefits of an In-Office Membership Plan

The plan requires an annual membership fee starting at $400 for an individual plan. Membership in the program includes essential treatments like exams, teeth cleanings, and x-rays at no additional cost to you. You will also receive a 15% discount on general and major dental procedures. Also, children receive free fluoride treatments every six months as needed. 

There is no waiting period, no prior authorizations, no claims to fill out, and no cards to carry, and one low initial fee benefits everyone in the entire family for an entire year!
